Certificate in technical hand embroidery at the Royal School of needlework

Depuis que j’avais suivi le cours en ligne avec Sarah Homfray et découvert la Royal School of Needlework (RSN), j’avais très envie de m’y rendre.

Since I followed the online course with Sarah Homfray and discovered the Royal School of needlework (RSN) I really wanted to go there.

Dans un premier temps, j’ai pensé faire un ou deux cours à la journée, mais j’étais surtout tenté par le Certificat qu’il proposait.

At first, I tought to follow day classes, but what I really wanted it was to start the Certificate in technical hand embroidery.

Finalement après maints atermoiements j’ai pris la décision de m’inscrire au Certificat. Je me rendrai donc fin octobre au château de Hampton Court, où se situe la Royal School of needlework. Ce château fut la résidence favorite d’Henry VIII (XVIème siècle).

I will finally start the Certicate at the end of october. I am really excited about it !
